How do I delete a memory?

Swipe left on any memory in the list and tap Delete. Deleted memories are held in Recently Deleted for 30 days before being permanently removed. You can restore them anytime from Settings.

My memories are not syncing. What should I check?

Make sure you have an internet connection. Open the Profile tab, tap Re-sync all memories to force a full refresh. If the problem persists, sign out and sign back in.

How does Recall work?

Recall is an AI assistant that reads your saved memories and answers questions in plain language. Type anything: a name, a place, a feeling. Recall will find the relevant memory and respond with the exact detail you saved.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your memories are stored securely and never used to train AI models. Auto-tagging runs entirely on your device. Recall queries are processed by our AI provider under a strict data-processing agreement. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. Without the app: request deletion here and enter your email, we will send a confirmation link. Either way, your account is scheduled for deletion and all memories are permanently removed within 30 days. You can cancel by logging back in within that window.
